One of the pillars that the founding fathers of Apostolic Christian Assembly had never failed to lay down was prayer. Even so, prayer is one important aspect in the ministry of ACA church in Avadi too.

Besides the many prayer events through the week that happen in the church premises, regular prayer fellowships are held weekly in the houses of believers in their areas of residence. Believers who work in secular jobs are chosen to lead prayers on a weekly basis in different houses every week by turns.

This brings the believers in the local neighbourhood together in fellowship and also gives an opportunity for non-believers to attend this prayer in a non-church setting. Many who attend these prayers are evangelised, healed and transformed.
